• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation that results in the suspension of all associated accounts.

• Do not register on behalf of another person or allow others to use your account.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including activities carried out by parties who gain access through your own negligence.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on paus188—both deposits and withdrawals—are subject to the following terms:

Deposit Terms:

• Deposits may only be made using a bank account, digital wallet, or payment method registered in your own name and matching your Paus188 account name.
• Paus188 does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to another person.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected method and may take up to 1×24 business hours.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program

Paus188 offers a variety of bonus and promotion programs designed to provide added value to our loyal players. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries a turnover (rollover) requirement that must be met before the bonus balance or any wins derived from it can be withdrawn.

• Play fairly and do not attempt to exploit bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

• Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools that influence game outcomes is a violation that results in immediate account closure.
• Colluding with other players to the detriment of other players or the platform is not permitted.

If you encounter a bug or technical error that provides an unfair advantage, you are required to report it to the Paus188 CS team immediately and not exploit it. Users who report bugs cooperatively will not face sanctions.

6 Prohibited Activities & Sanctions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Paus188 platform and may result in serious disciplinary action:

• Fraud and cheating in any form, including the use of another person's identity information or payment methods obtained without authorization.
• Money laundering or using the Paus188 platform as a means to transfer, conceal, or disguise the source of illicit funds.
• Duplicate account creation to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Use of VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to access the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Threats or harassment toward Paus188 staff or other users through any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Paus188 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Suspicious activity indicating fraud, cheating, or violations of the law.
• Failure to meet KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the user as part of the responsible gaming program.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period as outlined in the applicable policy.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, Paus188 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance as part of the sanction. Balances generated through activities that breach these terms may not be claimed by the user.

For account closures requested by the user (not due to a violation), any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal after identity verification and in accordance with the applicable withdrawal terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

Paus188 is committed to delivering the best service; however, there are certain limitations to our liability that you should be aware of:

• Paus188 is not liable for any financial losses arising from gameplay, including losses resulting from in-game defeats.

• Paus188 is not liable for losses caused by a user's own negligence in maintaining their account security.
• The internet connection and device used to access Paus188 are solely the user's responsibility.

Paus188 strives to maintain 24-hour service availability. However, scheduled maintenance or unexpected events may cause temporary disruptions, which our technical team will resolve as quickly as possible.

10 Terms & Conditions Updates

Paus188 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time based on operational needs, regulatory changes, or platform developments.

Any material changes will be communicated to users via:
